Call For Applications: EXNW 2026 Delegation

The Disability Screen Office is thrilled to share that, thanks to generous support from the Racial Equity Screen Office (RESO), we are bringing a delegation of disabled creatives to East by Northwest (EXNW) 2026 (July 24-26, Vancouver, BC) to access curated conversations, masterclasses, case studies and networking sessions.

We’re pleased to provide this opportunity to disabled creatives local to the Vancouver Metropolitan Area who identify as racialized. There are 2 spots available.

Delegates will receive one (1) complimentary Summit Pass valid for the length of the event, one (1) ticket to the Ball & Purple Carpet Reception, and financial coverage for any accessibility services required to fully participate in the summit.

This program is offered to persons with disabilities who historically, statistically, and currently face barriers in accessing opportunities in the screen industry and who identify as racialized individuals. This delegation opportunity is best intended for producers, writers, and individuals working in business affairs in the screen industry, ideally those with projects ready to pitch. This opportunity is not ideal for actors. The Disability Screen Office jury will be evaluating applicants based on your current role in the industry, how you will benefit from attending the festival, and how participating in this delegation will support your future goals. Recognizing the multiple barriers that persons with disabilities with intersecting identities experience, we strongly encourage applications from people with disabilities across all dimensions of diversity.

Details of what this pass grants the holder access to can be found on the EXNW website.

To apply, please fill out this form by 11:59:59pm ET on June 14, 2026:
