At various points throughout the year, the DSO engages contract facilitators to help us deliver training on accessibility in the screen industry to organizations across the country.
We're currently looking to grow our pool of facilitators, and in particular are targeting facilitators who have experience delivering workshops in any of the following fields:
Disability 101 topics, including how to talk about disability
How disability intersects with different screen industry workplaces (on-set, production office, business affairs, festivals and events)
Production accessibility and/or accessibility coordination on-set
Built environment accessibility and/or accessibility auditing
Accessibility in organizational development (not including human resources practice)
We invite anyone interested in joining our pool of contract facilitators to share their resume with us and answer a few short questions about their facilitation expertise.
