Untapped Accessibility (Untapped) is a leading Canadian accessibility consulting firm that supports organizations to achieve accessibility that reaches beyond compliance to create truly inclusive organizations for all. We launched in 2022 to organizations in complying with accessibility legislation. To date, we have supported over 200 organizations. Our clients have included large public sector organizations, libraries, school districts and post-secondary institutions. As a certified social enterprise, we have a dual purpose: to generate revenue for the Open Door Social Services Society and to create work opportunities for professionals with disabilities. Our team of accessibility experts is bolstered by a roster of associate consultants, each bringing a powerful combination of subject matter expertise in accessibility and lived experience of disability. When we develop a project team, we ensure that at least 50% of the team members and the planned hours to deliver the project will be delivered by people with lived experience of disability.
