Compensation Transparency

The Disability Screen Office (DSO) is a registered nonprofit organization in Canada and is not a registered charity. Nonprofits are required to file tax and information returns with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), but unlike registered charities, the CRA does not publicly disclose these filings. To support transparency, the DSO voluntarily discloses compensation information using the same salary-range framework the CRA requires of registered charities.

As of March 31, 2025, the DSO has 4 full-time employees. The number of employees whose total annual compensation falls within each CRA salary range is shown below:

To protect employee privacy, the DSO discloses compensation information at the salary-range level only and does not publish individual salary amounts.
